EASY Candy Cane Dip
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 2 Hours
Makes: 12-16 Servings
Make sure that you budget the time accordingly because this recipe require a few hours of chill time. This allows the cheesecake ball time for the candy cane flavors to combine with the cream cheese. This also firms up the cheesecake ball. You can make this cheeseball up to 2 day in advance of your holiday get together.
Candy Cane Cheesecake Ball Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
⅓ cup powdered sugar
⅓ cup light brown sugar
1 ¼ cups white chocolate chips, divided
1 ¼ cups chopped peppermint candies or candy canes, divided

How to Make Peppermint Cheesecake Dip Step By Step
STEP ONE – Beat the Cream Cheese
Add the cream cheese and butter to a mixing bowl and mix with an eclectic mixer. Add the vanilla extract and sugars, and beat until fully combined. Be careful not too overbeat as it can make the cream cheese too soft.
