This cute Grinch snack is made with lots of marshmallows (we’ll cover that shortly as we go through the step by step tutorial). Makes: 1 Extra Large Bowl of Popcorn (Serves About 8)
Prep Time: 25 min

In a medium saucepan, add miniature marshmallows, unsalted butter, and brown sugar. Heat ingredients over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until fully melted and incorporated.

Add several drops of Grinchy green gel food coloring to the marshmallow mixture, and stir until color is fully incorporated. Add more coloring if desired to reach the desired Grinch green color.
