I developed this pink cocktail recipe for a Barbie themed watch party with all my girlfriends (along with this Barbie Themed Party Charcuterie. I wanted to make something easy to mix up and enjoy.

The Malibu Barbie Cocktail Recipe is an adult, alcoholic cocktail but you can remove the alcohol for a family friendly Barbie mocktail. This fun pink drink is so quick and easy with just a few, store bought ingredients. Garnish and accessorize with cute paper straws to add a pink touch!

You can mix up a large amount in advance in a large party drink dispenser or make them one at a time for smaller, Barbie movie night gatherings! Let’s check out the finished holiday cocktail so you can see how cool this turned out!

2oz Sparkling Lemonade (or 2 parts for large batches)

1 Splash Grenadine

Lemon Slices (for garnish)

Ice Cubes

How to Make an Easy Malibu Barbie Cocktail Step by Step

Grab your Cocktail Shaker and add a few ice cubes. You could get cute and make ice shapes with fun ice cube trays as there is SO MUCH variety out there.

Add the peach schnapps, vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, sparking lemonade, splash of grenadine and shake vigorously to combine. Garnish with Pink Barbie Themed Paper Straws, Pink Barbie Themed Drink Picks and a slice of lemon! Serve cold immediately and enjoy with all your fellow Barbie movie fans!

This easy pink Barbie party drink is the perfect signature cocktail for a movie night!

Ingredients

• 2oz Peach Schnapps
• 2oz Vodka
• 1oz Cranberry Juice
• 1oz Orange Juice
• 2oz Sparkling Lemonade
• Ice
• Splash Grenadine
• Lemon Slice (Garnish)
• Pink Paper Straws & Pink Picks

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Pour in the peach schnapps, vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, splash of grenadine & sparkling lemonade. Shake until fully combined.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon slice, pink paper straw and pick.
