This weeks stickers were holiday inspired….in a sense. It’s getting to be THAT time of year where there’s more eating, drinking and celebrating than exercising. We all seem to forget about our good habits during the holidays (myself included).
So I created some FREE printable monthly habit tracker stickers to help you stay in the game throughout the month of November and December (as well as the rest of the year)! They come in a variety of colors to match just about any layout. Here’s how they turned out:
These stickers have a few motivational phrases to keep your head in the game. Remember! What gets measured gets done! To use these stickers you’ll simply write in whatever good habit you’re trying to keep in the box at the top of the sticker. In the example below I used one of mine which is getting 10K steps everyday (10 hours in front of the screen per day is NOT conducive to healthy habits…I’m sure you can relate).
You could use these for any long term habit you are trying to develop like getting more exercise, going meatless, cutting out sugar or flossing! The only limit is your imagination!
I hate to bring up New Year’s resolutions but if you plan on making some this year….these cute little stickers could come in handy!
These FREE printable monthly habit tracker stickers come in several colors and they are sized to fit any size Happy Planner. They fit best in the left margin of the monthly pages on the classic and big Happy Planners. For the mini you’ll probably want to stick it to the monthly divider.
These FREE printable monthly habit tracker stickers are super easy to make…simply print these out on onto clear glossy sticker paper. Use a Fiskars Straight line cutter or a finger knife to cut out them out.
Variation in color may occur from one printer to another. Your print outs may look slightly different than our images. We always recommend printing on glossy clear sticker paper in order to print true to color. Matte sticker papers absorb more ink and often times make stickers look faded and pixelated.

First, let me say that I use a ton of ink for my business and for crafting (I’m looking at you Cricut print and cut projects). I used to be very cautious of what I print because of the CRAZY expensive cost of printer ink.
That was until I found a company on Amazon that will provide triple the ink for less than half the cost of original manufacturer’s ink. That’s like getting a ton of FREE INK! I was skeptical at first (even after reading TONS of these 4 & 5 star reviews (which you can read for yourself here) but I’ve been using the ink for a year now and there is no difference in print quality or color.
I’m not a representative of this company by any means…I’m just trying to help a fellow crafting/printable addict save a little money. I only talk about products that I use and believe in.
