Over the next few weeks I’m going to be creating a TON of functional stickers to help you get organized for the new year! These free printable checklist planner stickers will help you check daily tasks off your list! You can print these PDFs at home instantly for FREE! Print them in black and white or in color….they look great either way!
It’s been awhile since I’ve made checklist stickers…in fact my last creation was these FREE Printable Colored Pencil Checklist Stickers (I think all you teachers will love this one). There are also a few checklist stickers on our FREE Printable Girl Boss Sticker Kit if you want to see what else we have to offer in the way of printable checklists.
Our latest version pays homage to my favorite lettering pens….the Zebra Mildliners! If you haven’t been formally introduced to Zebras let me take a moment to tell you all about them! I love using them for hand lettering, highlighting or coloring things in my planner & bullet journal. They’re basically double ended markers or highlighters featuring a broad/chisel tip on one end and fine tip at the other end (so they’re really flexible). They don’t bleed through the page which I love and the colors….OMG….the colors are pretty much my favorite part because they are GORGEOUS! Just take a look at them!
So, am I little obsessed with Zebra Mildliners…yeah, probably. I just love using them with my hand lettering projects, in my bullet journal, for labeling gift tags, or writing out birthday cards. They are so super smooth, bold and ink-y if that’s a word. Let’s just say they put down a lot of ink. I really love using them and if you haven’t tried them in your planner or bullet journal then you should!
In any case the Zebras are my inspiration for this week’s checklist sticker design! I hope that you love them and can use them every day to get things knocked off of your list. I’m a huge list maker myself and there is just something really satisfying about checking things off a list. This checklist planner sticker makes that fun because you can fill in or color in each heart as something is completed.
You can always reduce the size of our stickers by adjusting your print setting at print time. Let’s take a closer look at how these Mildliner themed checklist planner stickers turned out:
Each sheet has 24 checklist stickers in light pink, light yellow, mint green and light purple. Hopefully you’ll be able to grab a sticker that’ll match just about any layout’s color scheme. Each Mildliner has the phrase “so much to do” because well….that perfect encapsulates pretty much every day of our working lives! Here is a close up of all the colors available…
How do I download these free printable checklist planner stickers?
The free checklist planner stickers are located in our free printables library in PDF format so you will need some sort of PDF viewer. SO, make sure that you have a way to view PDFs. Most modern internet browsers are capable of viewing PDFs but if you are on an older computer and can’t get them to open it may be that you don’t have a PDF viewer. You can download a free PDF viewer at the Adobe website.
The PDF files are offered free of charge to our email subscribers. Simply leave us your name and email address at the very bottom of this page and you’ll receive a password (in your email) after confirmation and a link to the printables library where these stickers can be downloaded. Email subscription is FREE!
If you want to purchase the cut files for cutting machines (for a small charge) you can do so HERE and you will receive all PDF, JPEG and transparent PNG files. The transparent PNG files are used to cut our stickers out on the Cricut and Silhouette cutting machine.
What do I print stickers on?
I like to print out all my stickers on this well tested, high quality glossy white sticker paper from our shop. Glossy sticker paper prints true to color…unlike matte sticker paper that absorbs a ton of ink and leaves your stickers looking faded and pixelated. You can also print these on this clear glossy sticker paper from our shop (which has gloss and also prints true to color). Clear stickers are easy to place anywhere on your planner without interfering with the functional layout or lines on a planner page. If you want to try both types we have a 50/50 combo pack that is half white and half clear sticker paper.
How do I cut out printable stickers?
You can always cut out stickers with plain old scissors or a straight line paper cutter and lots of people do that. If you are short on time or have a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine you may opt to use that. When you purchase our checklist sticker cutting files you can easily upload the transparent PNG files to a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine for a quick print and cut. If you need detailed instructions for how to cut stickers on a Cricut then check out my FREE Essential Guide to Making High Quality Homemade Stickers.
