Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 9 Minutes
Hocus Pocus Life Potion Cookie Ingredients:
15.25 oz Package of White Cake Mix
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Large Eggs
1/3 C Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1 C White Chocolate Chips
2 Drops Green Gel Food Coloring
How to Make Hocus Pocus Cookies Step by Step
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cake mix and baking powder and whisk together to combine.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer (or large bowl with an electric hand mixer) mix together the eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and combine.
- Drop in about 2 drops of green gel food coloring and mix well. Fold in the white chocolate chips by hand.
- Using a 1 tablespoon sized scoop, drop rounded balls of the cookie dough onto the parchment lined baking sheets.
- Bake the cookies at 350 for about 9 minutes. Watch the cookies closely and do not let them brown too much in the oven! Otherwise you’ll loose the lime green potion effect!
- As soon as the cookies come out of the oven place the edible candy eyes on top of the cookies. Careful it’s hot!
