Grab all of your fresh ingredients and a Round Wood Chopping Board. Cube the cheese into bite sized pieces and place on the round wood chopping board equally spaced apart. We used sharp cheddar, Monterey jack & fresh mozzarella balls.
Step 2: Add Crackers
Fill in a few spaces with butter crackers or a variety pack if you have those available in your local grocery store. Spread them out on your Round Wood Chopping Board on opposing sides.
Step 3: Fill in Remaining Space with Olives
Fill the remaining free space with green olives and black olives. Spread them out on your Round Wood Chopping Board on opposing sides of the board.
Step 4: Make Peperoni Roses
Using a shot glass, fold a slice of pepperoni onto the lip of the shot glass and then overlap another slice of pepperoni onto the previous pepperoni slice. Repeat with another 4-6 slices until you cannot fit anymore pepperoni inside the shot glass.
Flip the shot glass upside down and remove the rose from the glass. Secure with a few toothpicks or leave inside the shot glass to hold the shape of the rose.
