This is a refreshing, crisp apple cider cocktail that you can enjoy on those last, sunny fall days. You can make a virgin apple cider margarita by taking out the tequila and splashing in some fresh squeezed orange juice in place of the triple sec.
EASY Apple Cider Margarita Recipe
Ingredients
- 2oz Tequila
- 1oz Triple Sec
- 2oz Apple Cider
- Ice Cubes
- Apple Wedge (for garnish)
- Cinnamon Sticks (for garnish)
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
- Lime Wedge
- Fancy Fall Paper Straws
If you want to make this cocktail in bulk in advance of an adult fall or Halloween party you can easily throw this together by thinking of this apple cider margarita recipe in “parts”. It’s 2 parts tequila, 1 part triple sec, 2 parts apple cider. Make a small cocktail for yourself to taste before mixing up a big batch and make sure you get the ratios correct. You don’t want it to be too strong or too weak.
Cut a slit in the middle of a lime wedge. Place the slit on the rim of your glass and squeese the lime around the rim to coat the top of the glass with lime juice. Place some ground cinnamon on a saucer and roll the rim of the glass in the cinnamon to coat.
Add ice as desired to your cinnamon rimmed glass.
Pour 2 ounces of tequila over the ice!
Add 1 ounce of triple sec!
Add at least 2 ounces of apple cider (or more to taste). You kind want to top off the glass. Mix with spoon to combine a bit. Garnish with a green apple wedge and cinnamon stick. Enjoy with good company!
