This cocktail is so quick and easy to make (like many jello shot recipes). You can make it in well in advance of your event (in large quantities if needed) to save time on the day of the event. Traditional pumpkin spice lattes have pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves to give it that telltale fall flavor.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots Recipe
Makes: 7 – 5.5 oz Shots or 14 – 2.2 oz Shots
Prep: 20 Minutes
In active time: 24 Hours
Ingredients:
Half of of can of pumpkin puree (7 oz)
3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 envelope packages gelatin Knox
2 cups hot water
2 c cold water (or 1 c cold water 1 c rum)
Whipped cream for topping
Baking sheet
How to Make Pumpkin Spice Latte Jello Shots Step by Step
In a pan, combine 2 cups of water and the half of a can of pumpkin puree. Bring to a low boil. Add the 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and whisk together to combine.
In a mixing bowl, add the two envelopes of gelatin Knox. To the gelatin, add in hot water+pumpkin puree mixture from the stove and whisk well to combine.
Next, decide if you will be using alcohol or not. If your making these pumpkin spice latte jello shots with alcohol whisk in one cup rum and one cup cold water. If making non alcoholic then mix in two cups cold water. You can substitute whatever alcohol you like here- cinnamon whisky, vodka…it doesn’t matter.
Carefully pour into disposable plastic shot glass containers and cover with lid. Place the filled containers onto a baking sheet and slide the baking sheet into the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Once your pumpkin spice latte jello shot recipe has set you can top with whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and part of a green straw to give it that authentic Starbucks look! Serve immediately and enjoy!
You can store the covered shots (without whipped topping) for a week in the refrigerator. So this recipe can me made ahead of fall, Thanksgiving or Halloween parties and get togethers. Just add the whipped topping, pumpkin pie spice and green straw a few minutes before you serve your guests!
