Instantly download our FREE printable planner cleaning schedule & checklist to totally organize your house cleaning! We include a weekly cleaning schedule, cleaning checklist planner stickers and much more! These are full size A4 printables but we’ll show you how you can resize them to fit almost any planner out there like the Happy Planner, Filofax or Erin Condren!
With the cold, late winter weather I’ve had a lot more time on my hands to really get some spring cleaning done ahead of schedule. I’m kind of embarrassed to say that my cobwebs have cobwebs….and I can’t even remember the last deep cleaning I did! I thought this was a good opportunity to make some planner cleaning schedules & checklists I could actually stick to.
We’re just getting started on creating all these cleaning schedules and printables but in my mind we’ll need a weekly, monthly and yearly cleaning schedule. I think if we can spread out the cleaning over the next year it’s just more achievable. I also plan on adding a cute, cleaning themed planner tab divider so you can quickly reference your planner cleaning schedule in your planner.
Oh, and if you love these FREE printable cleaning checklists (and the colors/design) you gotta check out our FREE printable budget planner inserts OR our FREE printable fitness planner inserts before you go today! Both of these insert packs match our cleaning checklist printables beautifully!
I think you probably get the most use out of our free printable weekly cleaning schedule above. You can really plan out your cleaning tasks for the week and check them off as they are completed throughout the week.
If this isn’t your style (or you just don’t have a ton of things to clean because you live in a smaller space)…you might enjoy these smaller, free printable cleaning stickers below. They can be affixed to any day of the week you plan to clean (cut files for your Cricut and Silhouette are also included).
I like to print all my stickers on glossy white printable sticker paper or clear glossy printable sticker paper. Glossy sticker paper prints true to color unlike matte sticker papers which absorb a ton of ink leaving stickers looking pixelated & faded).
Up next we have a free printable monthly cleaning checklist. This is a great way to plan out those cleaning tasks that are completed on a monthly basis (like dusting the top of the ceiling fan or sweeping the front porch). Just like the weekly you can check these items off your list as they are completed. I included for spaces so you can plan for one item every week. It helps to break these tasks up I think.
I think this cleaning spray bottle planner tab divider (below) is my favorite part of this cleaning printable series! With this planner tab divider you can quickly and easy thumb to the cleaning section of your planner for quick reference.
If you don’t know how to make planner tabs you gotta check out our step by step instructions HERE. We’ve also included cut files for your Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine to make it SUPER easy for you. Also, if you didn’t already know we have a TON of different planner tab dividers for every reason and season that you can check out HERE.
How To Resize, Print & Punch This Planner Cleaning Schedule:
This FREE printable planner cleaning schedule is A4 full 8.5 x 11 sized but you can easily resize to fit just about any planner (Happy Planner, Erin Condren, Filofax, Franklin, Arc etc) using THIS print resizing guide (this is also a pin on Pinterest that you can save for later to your planner boards for reference).
You’ll need to adjust your printout higher or lower using the print settings function on your computer. There should be a setting to adjust (by percentage) higher or lower within the print set up window. You may need to experiment a little bit but it is possible to shrink or enlarge these files easily during the printing process.
If you plan on putting these in your discbound Happy Planner you’ll want to punch them with the Mambi 9 Hole Punch. For Ring-Bound Planners (such as Filofax), I recommend using an adjustable 6-hole paper punch so that it can punch many different planner sizes. If you have a spiral bound planner like the Erin Condren then you’ll want to use this adjustable hole punch.
I also recommend that you print our planner cleaning schedule on matte card stock if you think you might be moving this around in your Happy Planner significantly. The holes you will need to punch will degrade after repeated removals if you use plain printer paper.
