It can help you stay organized and prepared by allowing you to plan ahead for birthdays and purchase gifts or cards in advance. Birthday trackers can be used for friends, family members, coworkers, or anyone else you want to remember on their special day.
If you prefer to keep track of birthdays within your planner on the daily or monthly pages you might want to check out our FREE printable birthday reminder stickers. With these printable birthday stickers you can set a reminder for the actual birthday in your planner and write the name of the person just below it.
How do you use a birthday tracker?
Using a birthday tracker is easy and straightforward. Simply print out the calendar template and fill in the birthdays of your loved ones by month. First, look for the month on the birthday tracker printable. Under the month write the specific birthday day date (using a number) and put the persons name next to it. You can see how it is filled out below:
Once you have your printable yearly birthday calendar filled out, you can use it to plan ahead for birthdays. This is a great way to remind yourself months in advance of each birthday. This will ensure you have enough time to purchase a gift or send birthday card in the mail.

Free Printable Birthday Calendar Details
To help you get started, we’ve created a free printable birthday calendar template for you to instantly download and use! There is enough space to write in each person’s name and specific birthday.
This template can be printed on standard, US Letter 8.5×11 inch paper. You may want to print this on heavy cardstock so it last longer. You can can hang this on a pinboard or better yet put it in your planner or binder for quick and easy access.
How to Resize this Printable Birthday Calendar for Planners:
This planner page is US Letter 8.5 x 11 PDF but you can resize them at home to fit just about any planner (like the Happy Planner, Erin Condren, Filofax, Franklin, Arc etc) using THIS print resizing guide (this is also a pin on Pinterest that you can save for later to your planner boards for reference).
In order to adjust the size of your printout, you will need to adjust the print settings on your computer before you print. Once you open the print setup window, you should see an option to increase or decrease the size of the printout by a certain percentage (use the resizing guide to help you). Although some trial and error might be necessary, it is fairly straightforward to either shrink or enlarge the files to fit just about any planner out ther.
If you plan on putting these in your discbound Happy Planner you’ll want to punch them with the Mambi 9 Hole Punch. For Ring-Bound Planners (such as Filofax), I recommend using an adjustable 6-hole paper punch 
so that it can punch many different planner sizes/types. If you have a spiral bound planner like the Erin Condren then you’ll want to use this adjustable hole punch.
