What’s great about this free printable Christmas gift list organizer is that you can manage your holiday budget well in before you go shopping for gifts. There’s an area for planned budget and what you actually spent. If you have money left over you can move it over to another recipient or buy yourself something nice!
If you’re an obsessive list maker/checker like me then you’ll enjoy all the areas to “check” things off your holiday shopping and to-do list. When all the work is done you can COMPLETELY check the recipient off your list by checking off the box on the far left. Here’s how it might look while filling it out:
This Free printable Christmas gift list organizer and planner is downloadable as a PDF. There are three pages in the the file and you can print whichever sheet you’ll need for your planner or gift list planning.
I’ve tried to leave some white space around all of these sheets in hopes that those who have other types of planners can use them as well by trimming them to size. Here are some short and sweet instructions on how you can make the holiday gift list planner printable fit in any planner.
|Instructions For Trimming FREE printable holiday gift list planner|
1. Pull a sheet from your planner and place it on top of our free gift list printable
2. Align the sheet from your planner with the red polka dot stripe on the left side of our gift list printable so that they are parallel.
3. Using a pencil, draw a light line around the outside of your planner page onto the gift list printable. Also mark the outline of the punched holes from your planner page onto the gift list printable.
4. Using your pencil line and a Fiskars staight edge cutter cut away excess paper around the gift list printable page.
5. Using a hand hole punch, punch out the holes that you marked earlier for your rings to go in.
*NOTE: The mini happy planner sized sheet will fit in the back of the planner best. Unfortunately, simply sizing down from the classic (which was the original intent of this exercise isn’t super easy because of the peculiar dimensions of the mini Happy Planner. If I had sized it such that it would fit just like the pages in the mini Happy Planner….it would have been so small that I’m not sure anybody could have written anything. So I thought it would be best to leave it bigger so that it would be functional for mini Happy Planners. In my mind this wasn’t a printable that someone would be accessing everyday….and therefore it would work fine as an insert in the back of the min Happy Planner. I hope you agree!
First, let me say that I use a ton of ink for my business and for crafting (I’m looking at you Cricut print and cut projects). I used to be very cautious of what I print because of the CRAZY expensive cost of printer ink.
That was until I found a company on Amazon that will provide triple the ink for less than half the cost of original manufacturer’s ink. That’s like getting a ton of FREE INK! The company is called EZ Ink on Amazon and if you want to see if they carry your brand click here to search for your printer cartridges at the top of the page.
I was skeptical at first (even after reading TONS of these 4 & 5 star reviews (which you can read for yourself here) but I’ve been using the ink for a year now and there is no difference in print quality or color.
I’m not a representative of this company by any means…I’m just trying to help a fellow crafting/printable addict save a little money. I only talk about products that I use and believe in. If they can save some serious bucks it’s even better. So check them out HERE and see if they can save you some money!
