This Free printable Christmas gift list organizer and planner is downloadable as a PDF. There are three pages in the the file and you can print whichever sheet you’ll need for your planner or gift list planning.
I’ve tried to leave some white space around all of these sheets in hopes that those who have other types of planners can use them as well by trimming them to size. Here are some short and sweet instructions on how you can make the holiday gift list planner printable fit in any planner.
Instructions For Printing & Trimming:
Always print on bright, heavy weight paper or bright cardstock to make sure that your printouts are true to color and will last. These files are PDFs so make sure that you have a way to to view PDFs on your computer. If you don’t you can download a free PDF view from Adobe.
1. Pull a sheet from your planner and place it on top of our free gift list printable
2. Align the sheet from your planner with the red polka dot stripe on the left side of our gift list printable so that they are parallel.
3. Using a pencil, draw a light line around the outside of your planner page onto the gift list printable. Also mark the outline of the punched holes from your planner page onto the gift list printable.
4. Using your pencil line and a straight line cutter cut away excess paper around the gift list printable page.
5. Using a hand hole punch, punch out the holes that you marked earlier for your rings to go in.
6. Have something other than a Happy Planner? That’s okay we can help! Grab the full size U.S. letter gift list printable and resize it using this print resizing guide (which is also a pin you can save to Pinterest for later reference). Let’s check it out!
*NOTE: The mini happy planner sized sheet will fit in the back of the planner best. Unfortunately, simply sizing down from the classic (which was the original intent of this exercise isn’t super easy because of the peculiar dimensions of the mini Happy Planner. If I had sized it such that it would fit just like the pages in the mini Happy Planner….it would have been so small that I’m not sure anybody could have written anything. So I thought it would be best to leave it bigger so that it would be functional for mini Happy Planners. In my mind this wasn’t a printable that someone would be accessing everyday….and therefore it would work fine as an insert in the back of the mini Happy Planner. I hope you agree!
