We’re serving our mimosas in a clear, Christmas bulb but you can use a champagne glass, rocks glass…or whatever you have on hand. This is just a fun way to serve them for your guests. We’ll show you how to make the ornament ball glasses stand up just like any drinking glass would.

You can mix up a large amount in advance in a large party drink dispenser or make them one at a time for smaller, holiday gatherings! Let’s check out the finished holiday cocktail so you can see how cool this turned out!

Simple Christmas Cranberry Mimosa Recipe
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
If you would like to make a large batch of the tipsy elf cocktail for a Christmas morning or brunch…you might want to translate these measurements into parts instead of ounces and pour it all into a large pitcher or large party drink dispenser. A part can be any measurement (like 1 cup, 1 pint etc.) As long as all the parts are equivalent you’ll get the same drink ratios and ultimately the same drink.
Christmas Mimosa Ingredients:
Large Clear Christmas Ornaments
Small Funnel
1oz Triple Sec Orange Liqueur (or 1 part for large batches)
1oz Cranberry Juice -Red or White (or 1 part for large batches)
Bottle of Prosecco or Champagne
Sprigs of Rosemary (for garnish)
Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)
How to Make an Easy Christmas Mimosa Step by Step

Clean the Clear Christmas Ornaments with warm soap and water and set upside down on a towel to drain and fully dry inside.
Next we’ll add something to the Christmas ball to help it stand up on it’s own. Add a dab of Crazy Glue to the bottom of the ball ornament and place a Clear Vase Filler Pebble onto the dab with the flat side down.
You can also add the Clear Vase Filler Pebbles directly to a serving tray and place the ball ornament onto the pebbles. You may have to arrange them a bit to keep the ball ornament sitting upright.
If you’re using plastic ornament balls you may be able to use hot glue to adhere the pebble to the bottom of the ornament. I haven’t tried it personally though.

Add 1oz Triple Sec Orange Liqueur and 1oz Cranberry Juice to each bulb. Pop in a few cranberries. Top off and fill the remaining space in the ornament with Prosecco or champagne. Add a sprig of rosemary and a Christmas Themed Paper Straw.
If you’re pressed for time you can add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with some ice to chill and then pour all ingredients into the ball. Using a shaker means 1 pour instead of 3 which saves some time.
