How to Make a Halloween Charcuterie Board Step by Step!

1. Make the Mandarin Orange Pumpkins
Peel all of the mandarin oranges. Cut the celery stalk into thin 1 inch pieces. Slice those 1 inch pieces lengthwise so they are smaller and will fit into the center of the oranges for a stem.

2. How to make Oreo Bats
To make the bat Oreos, twist apart the cookie and cut the side without frosting in half to make two wings. Press those halves into the white frosting. Melt the chocolate per the package instructions. Place a small amount of melted chocolate in the center of the cookie.

3. Glue the Bat Together
Twist apart another Oreo cookie and place the unfrosted part of the cookie on top of the melted chocolate and wings. Put a small dab of melted chocolate onto the back of two candy eyes and place on the top of the bat.

4. How to Make Rollo Spiders
To make the Rollo spiders, cut a few pretzel rods into .25 inch pieces with a sharp knife. Turn the Rolo upside down and dab a small amount of melted chocolate on the bottom. Carefully press 4 pretzel legs into the chocolate. Repeat for the remaining Rolos. Allow chocolate to fully cool.

5. Glue on The Monster Eyes
Once the chocolate has fully cooled, turn the Rolos back over and put a small dab of melted chocolate on the back of the candy eyes and place on the face of the spider.

6. How to Lay Out Your Halloween Charcuterie Board
Construct the Halloween charcuterie board by first placing the white chedder cheese cubes into a curve in one corner the board. Repeat on the opposite side of the board with the cheddar cubes. Sprinkle in the mandarin pumpkins on either corner.

6. Fill in the Rest of the Board
Place the Oreo bats on one corner and the Rolo spiders on the other corner. Fill in empty areas with pretzel sticks, marshmallows, & honey roasted cashews. Sprinkle in extra ANYTHING you have leftover…such as M&Ms, Rolos ect. It should looks something like the image below.
