I can tell you that washi tape is available at Dollar Tree but it’s not plentiful or numerous. I seem to find a package here or there but not consistently. If you can’t find washi tape then head to the ribbon area and simply glue the ribbon to the mason jar lids.
This is a super EASY Dollar Tree Halloween Craft! Grab some black and orange felt from your local Dollar Tree ASAP! Cut out circles (or pumpkins, or ghosts or any shape you please). Use your sewing machine to sew all of your cutouts into a garland.
