Are you looking for a CUTE, FREE printable period tracker for your planner, bullet journal or calendar? In need of FREE printable period stickers for tracking? Want a way to keep this personal reproductive information private and OUT of the hands of data collecting and selling apps?
If you are using tracking apps like FLO and Clue to track your period, menstruation or ovulation cycles every month you need to know that your reproductive and personal data is not protected in any way and can be used against you in a court of law.
In this new, post Roe v. Wade dystopian world we live in- making personal decisions about your reproductive health is a prosecutable crime in many states within the US. Your phone data can and will be used against against you.
We’ve all given up a bit of privacy for the convenience of apps, personal assistants like Alexa and social media over the last 10-15 years. But it might be time to examine what personally identifiable information we are handing over…and if that is in our best interest now and in the not so distant future.
We shouldn’t just stop at apps like FLO or Clue. We all need to be more forward looking and think about how our data could be used against us or our our families. Be careful of what you search on, what you say and know that your phone tracks your location wherever you go.
Be mindful of what you say and do around others as we now live in a world where (in some states) total strangers can report you to the state government and have you prosecuted for making personal, reproductive health choices…all while receiving a financial reward to do so.
It’s for all these reasons I wanted to help YOU claw back some of this very personal, very sensitive medical data this week with a FREE printable period tracker.
It’s my hope that you’ll start using this FREE printable period tracker over period tracking apps like FLO or Clue and keep all of your medical information private going forward.
I hope you will spread the message to other women, share our link to the paper period tracker and make sure they are current with the new and proposed laws in their state that affect their reproductive health decision.
As a final note, if you feel the same way I do you need to ask where your state senators and state representatives stand on reproductive freedom. If you don’t agree with them, then they don’t deserve your vote this November!
Okay, rant over (for now)….let’s check out this FREE printable menstruation tracker!
Free Printable Period Tracker
This period tracker uses colors to be specific about your period experiences every month. You can also use this printable as a period symptom tracker by adding additional color codes or symbols for common symptoms such as cramping, bloating migraines and fatigue (just add them to the bottom of the page so you don’t forget what they mean).
When viewed over a longer period of time you can easily spot trends and even pinpoint medical issues. Keeping a record like this can be helpful in your conversations with your OB/GYN.
NOTE! This period tracker printable is for personal, non commercial use only! This download is provided as a PDF and a JPEG (for those who like to resize in graphic design software).
As is, it is sized for US letter 8.5 by 11. For those who are not handy with graphic design software, you can make size adjustments at print time with the help of this handy print resizing guide. Most common planners and paper sizes are listed so you can fit this into your Happy Planner, Erin Condren or bullet journal.

Hi Deb- have you signed up for the country club and have the password to enter into the printables library?
Thank you for creating this and bringing this to our attention!! I shared this on Facebook.
Hi Kim! Thanks for stopping by and helping to spread the word. With all that’s going on in the world the topic of women’s reproductive rights isn’t even front page news anymore. I’m not sure what it will take for us to get our right back when apathy seems to be at all time highs. Votes count more than ever! RESIST!
Thank you so much for this — and for advocating so strongly for reproductive health care. <3
