I created this password tracker after seeing several requests for one in my Totally Free Printables Facebook Group. I also feel like I can use one myself because I noticed I’m too reliant on auto fill on my phone, tablet and desktop computer. Recently, I upgraded my iphone and through that process I lost all my auto fill password data! I couldn’t remember anything because it had been 4+ years since I had to put a password in!
In the tech age, who doesn’t have a TON of logins and passwords to remember these days? There’s an online account for almost everything! The passwords are becoming increasingly complex (for good reason) and I just can’t remember them all. One upper case….one lower case….one special character….one number….at least 8 letters….GAH!
These planner pages are in A4 full 8.5 x 11 sheet but they can be resized to fit just about any planner (Happy Planner, Erin Condren, Filofax, Franklin, Arc etc) using THIS print resizing guide (this is also a pin on Pinterest that you can save for later to your planner boards for reference). This free printable password tracker matches our Budget Planner Inserts perfectly so make sure you check those out before you leave!
You’ll need to adjust your printout higher or lower using the print settings function on your computer. There should be a setting to adjust (by percentage) higher or lower within the print set up window. You may need to experiment a little bit but it is possible to shrink or enlarge these files easily during the printing process.
I’m providing two different PDF pages….one is for larger planners and binders and the other is for smaller planner (like the Happy Planner mini). The first page has 18 username and password trackers and this is intended for larger planners or binders. The second has 12 trackers and they are sized larger so that if you need to shrink them to fit your planner the spaces won’t get too small to write in.
My personal preference is to print these free printable password trackers out full size paper and put them into this pretty binder I picked out with these super colorful tab dividers. I’m putting together a home binder that anyone in my family can access at any time in case of emergency and this is a key component for that.
If you plan on putting these in your discbound Happy Planner you’ll want to punch them with the Mambi 9 Hole Punch. For Ring-Bound Planners (such as Filofax), I recommend using an adjustable 6-hole paper punch
