Did you catch the Happy Planner Disney release this week? If you missed the news- this week a batch of Disney Mickey and Minnie Mouse Happy Planners & accessories went on sale online and in some stores like Joanns. Here are some photos from the Happy Planner Disney Collection just in case you missed it….
The Happy Planner people also put together a few videos to showcase the new planners. You might want to check these out! They are nice flip through videos showcasing the Happy Planner Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse edition and it’s totally worth the watch!
And you just can’t miss the sticker book flip through! There are SO many cute stickers in this book if you are a Disney or Mickey & Minnie Mouse Fan!
As expected much was sold out the first day (especially the cute accessories). Many of the planner babes in my Facebook planning groups were disappointed not to grab just one coveted item.
There was plenty of (well deserved) consternation over the fact that ALL the planners were vertical! I know vertical is the most popular but I think many are hopeful for some different layouts in the future. Don’t worry, everything we have for you today will work on vertical or horizontal layout!
I thought the Mickey and Minnie Happy Planners were absolutely adorable and the black discs were of course very, very cool! I was a bit disappointed with the amount of accessories available to match those planners (which is partially why I wanted to tackle making some printable planner accessories for you guys).
So, if you were one of these disappointed souls….don’t fret! We’re working on a special post that we’ll be adding to over the next couple of weeks with some FREE printable Disney planner stickers, planner tabs and accessories. So even if you don’t have the planner you can add some Disney flair to just about any planner!
Also, keep your eyes peeled for the Happy Planner Disney princess line that will be released in a few weeks. I have no idea what this line will look like and I don’t think there are any previews available yet.

FREE Printable Disney Planner Stickers
So if you weren’t able to put one of the Disney Happy Planners on lock down I think you’ll LOVE these free printable Disney planner stickers we made for you! You’ll be able to turn ANY planner into a Disney planner with these redate stickers!
We’ve included FREE PDF, and transparent PNG cut files that can be loaded directly into your Cricut or Silhouette design software to cut out these stickers.
We’ve included two different sizes of numbered stickers. You should be able to put these over top of the date on your monthly or daily planner pages. These two sizes should work with virtually any size planner.
You can also use these sticker to redate an old planner you haven’t used yet. I find some pretty planners on clearance all the time and I often just redate them so they are usable.
Do you have a Disneyland trip planned in the near future? You can also use these as Disneyland countdown stickers! You can start your countdown 31 days out!
We’ve also included 2020 and 2021 stickers (with Minnie Mouse subbing for the zero) that you can place over the year for your monthly pages. They come in two different sizes so they’ll be sure to fit most planners out there. Just for fun we’ve also included PLENTY of small and medium size Minnie Mouse stickers and printable washi to decorate your planner.
My favorite part of this sticker sheet is the “currently” stickers with a Minnie Mouse theme. This is a margin sticker that you can use to catalogue all the things you were into (and not so into) this month. Don’t you just love these cute Disney stickers? Here is a close up…
Free Printable Disney Princess Planner Stickers
Just recently the Happy Planner people released the Happy Planner Disney Princess Stickers , a Classic Sized Disney Princess Planner and a Desk Calendar + Stickers set that was an exclusive to Walmart. Most items sold out in stores and at the time of this writing there were only a few left online (you can use the links above to check on items that are in stock if you’re interested).
I flipped through the sticker book (which is the best part of the whole release I think) and I didn’t see a whole lot of functional stickers. So I decided to tackle making some functional Disney princess stickers for you guys this week!
Below are some close-ups of the stickers which you can use for to-do lists or making check lists. You can place them in the margin on your monthly Happy Planner pages OR if you have a vertical planner they’ll fit nicely inside the lines on daily pages. I’ve featured Snow White, The Little Mermaid & Jasmine from Aladdin.
I’ve also included some simple princess crown stickers and coordinating checklist bars for those checklists that need more planner real estate. You can place these checklist bars anywhere in your planner to create an instant list!

What do I print stickers on?
I like to print out all my stickers on this well tested, high quality glossy white sticker paper from our shop. Glossy sticker paper prints true to color…unlike matte sticker paper that absorbs a ton of ink and leaves your sticker printouts looking faded and pixelated. You can also print these on this clear glossy sticker paper from our shop (which has gloss and also prints true to color). Clear stickers are easy to place anywhere on your planner without interfering with the functional layout or lines on a planner page. If you want to try both types we have a 50/50 combo pack that is half white and half clear sticker paper.
How do I cut out printable stickers?
You can always cut out stickers with plain old scissors or a straight line paper cutter and lots of people do that. If you are short on time or have a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine you may opt to use that. You can easily upload our transparent PNG files to a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine for a quick print and cut. Free Printable Disney Princess & Minnie Mouse Planner Tabs
We have several FREE printable Disney planner tabs to share with you guys as well! If you don’t know what a planner tab (or die cut) then you’ve been missing out! You cut these out using a cutting machine or plain scissors and then use a 9 hole punch to punch out holes in the provided tab. You can then use the planner tab as a page marker or divider to section off an area of your planner.

How do you make planner tabs?
I print all my tabs on glossy cardstock so that the colors come out bold and true to color (like they do on the computer screen). Using the PNG cut files we provide you can use a Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine to cut out the tab. If you don’t have a cutting machine you can use plain scissors & the guidelines on the PDF file.
I then laminate all of my tabs using thick, heavy duty 5 mil laminating pouches. This ensures that my planner tabs will endure many moves around my planner. A laminator is an excellent investment if you are a ride or die planner! I use my Amazon Basics Laminator ALL the time. It will laminate 5 mil, 3mil and best of all it’s pretty cheap!
You can then punch your tab with a 9 hole punch. Try to get 4 holes centered on the tab to maximum stability.
